I really enjoy coming to this office. They really listen to your personal needs.
The staff is very friendly and competent in their positions. I had the experience of having a crown prepared and made by a dentist I had never seen before. He did an excellent job and made me feel very relaxed during the procedure. I would highly recommend this practice to my friends and family
I went in and the dentist and the assistant numbed me in a pain free manner, shaped my teeth and filled my exposed roots. Quick and easy.
After the original insult of having to listen to the spiehl for some new zerkhonia crown, (insulting because I'm in my 60's with a mouthful of old fashioned crowns that have lasted over 30 years), I listened to it a few more times. Then after deciding I didn't need a crown that was guaranteed to outlive me, I ended up having to sign something that authorized Now Dental to install one "just in case I changed my mind." Apart from all of that, I was extremely impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of the doctors and staff!

The quality of the service is always good. The hygienist yesterday had a gentle touch and a genuine desire to support personal dental health. The discharge approach yesterday was embarrassing and I was made to feel like a deadbeat. There was no privacy and truthfully the entire way it was handled is more about the person doing their job at the detriment of both our dignities. The first rule of healthcare is to treat with dignity. The delivery of care staff here know how to do that and they do it well. The administrative staff need to be better schooled in it.
I went in. I had my teeth cleaned. I left. Not sure how much more there is to say.
